FREE DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING! Due to the great response to our free U.S. shipping offer, we are continuing it for all domestic orders (as long as we can get everything into one box).

When estimating shipping in your shopping cart, select your state to see the Free Shipping option. It will also be available at checkout.Please note that our free shipping is only available in the continental US.

We will make every reasonable effort to stock all merchandise presented on In the event that an item you ordered is no longer available or temporarily out of stock, you will be notified. The expected shipment times specifies when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, and not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. Delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during Checkout. You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped from our warehouse.

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all continental U.S. orders. These shipments typically arrive 4-6 business days after they leave our warehouse.


For all other expedited and/or paid shipping in the continental US, we try to keep things simple by offering flat-rate shipping via USPS Priority Mail. All shipments typically arrive within 2-3 business days after they leave our warehouse.


We always try to reduce your shipping costs where ever we can. For example, if you are ordering stickers only (or some other very small item), we'll ship via USPS First Class envelope instead.

If you are an international customer, we also ship via USPS First Class service. This can be slow (taking up to 3 weeks depending on your area) but it's about the cheapest option we can find.


Shipping charges are not marked up by us, however, a $2.00 admin fee is added to all international shipments to cover our time filling out necessary customs forms. This fee is included in the figures below.

We may find it necessary to break up large orders into separate packages and/or upgrade to larger package sizes, both of which will incur additional costs for you. If this happens, we'll first contact you to let you know what the additional charges will be, and get your approval prior to processing the order.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but at the present time we cannot offer this service.

Shipping your items on time is very important to us. For many items, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, allocation time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the final shipping destination.

When we can accurately calculate Estimated Delivery Dates, we'll provide them to you during Checkout, as well as in your Order Confirmation email and Order History. Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, Estimated Delivery Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with several other resources for tracking your order, such as order detail and tracking links.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges.

The item must be returned in good, unused/unwashed condition, in original packages (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30-days of delivery. Please provide us with the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.

If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact us immediately. Please have your order number available when you call.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. If an Online Gift Certificate was used, the refund amount will be applied to your original Online Gift Certificate. You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below or outlined on the packing slip with your shipped items.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in good, unused/unwashed condition, to ensure credit.

Enclose the bottom perforated portion of the original packing slip with the item. Please keep the top portion for your records. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item(s).

Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept cash on delivery (COD). It is recommended that you use USPS Priority Mail or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
